Market season and information: This year's 2025 market kicks off May 10th and will be hosted on designated weekends until November 1st, 10am-2pm. Set up starts at 9am and breakdown at 2pm. Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space and in charge of their set up. Tents are welcome and recommended. Bathrooms are located inside our facility and welcome for vendors to use.

 

May 10th, 17th, and 31st, June 7, 21 and 28th, July 12th, 19th, and 26th

Inclement weather: Market dates are rain or shine.

 

Reserving space: We are currently booking market space between May and July. Those wishing to book a FULL season(May-Nov) Resident space can do so by paying 1st months deposit and filling out a resident agreement. Those wishing to book 1 monthly space or weekly weekend spaces can do so by paying for the space they desire upon booking and the date will be secured. No dates will be held without payments. Please note there are no refunds only service/facility credits issued.

Payments can be made via cashapp $bailafuzion or square invoice (please note a square fee is included)

Booking per date: $45 per vendor

Included in booking: Your market booking includes a 10x10 space. use of BFDC bathroom & internet, inclusion on market promotions.
